The journey berkisah tentang perjuangan sebuah orkestra angklung asal Bandung, Tim Muhibah Angklung, ketika melakukan perjalanan ke Eropa selama 32 hari untuk mempromosikan angklung. Walupun sponsor menarik diri di saat-saat terakhir, tim tetap pergi ke Eropa dengan harapan dapat menggalang dana di sana. Permasalahan demi permasalahan muncul secara bertubi-tubi seiring dengan melajunya tim Muhibah dari Amsterdam ke Istanbul. Perjalanan baru setengah jalan, namun tim sudah kehabisan uang. Mereka harus menemukan jalan keluar untuk bisa bertahan di Eropa hingga kota terakhir dan pulang dengan selamat ke Indonesia.
