Vale, the prosperous kingdom famous for raising Lightning-based huntsmen, has been in a bloody war with a viscous marauding clan named "The Red Lightning Clan". Though both sides held massive armies, every confrontation resulted in draws.
Marss was left outside the palace gates where the Xiao Long's ruled over the kingdom of Vale. He was taken in, trained, with the only goal in his life to protect Princess Yang Xiao Long, the heir to the throne of Vale.
As the sisters Yang Xiao Long and Ruby Rose, each princesses of the kingdom of Vale, prepare to leave for Beacon, the prestigious training academy for Huntsmen and Huntresses, a string of attacks soon bring in to question not only Marss' true heritage but the dangerous plot the Red Lightning Clan have concocted.
Will Marss be able to keep Yang and Ruby safe from harm? Or will his past storm into his life and bring ruin to everything he thought he knew?

Ruby Rose is known for a lot of things on Remnant. The sister to Yang Xiao Long, daughter of Taiyang Xiao Long and Summer Rose, niece of Qrow Branwen, future huntress and cinnamon roll. But one thing she's known for is disappearing without a trace at the age of 10. Ruby was suddenly transported into the world of Dauntless on the Shattered Isles in Ramsgate. She's had to survive 7 years taking down Behemoths, doing quests, crafting weapons and armor, creating potions and talismans and taking on bounties. She's crafted every type of weapon and armor there is with the needed Behemoth parts and Rams, every potion and talisman there is, found and beat all 42 Behemoth types and maxed out her weapons to level 60 after reforging her weapons 72 times. To her it's been 7 years but on Remnant it's been 6 years since she went missing. Now she's 17 and back on Remnant after taking down a Behemoth and being transported back. She's matured, tall, buff while still being lean and overpowered. She knows what her silver eyes can do and the magic she has, her hair has gotten longer and is styled in a mullet, her armors are now hoodies and her weapons now have guns. This is the story of a Slayer and a huntress.

Soon, they learn to a millennia long war between 2 individuals and the secrets and history of the World of Remnant. Plot Summary: RWBY takes place in the World of Remnant, where humans, and half animals known as Faunus, are trained to become strong fighters and warriors known as Hunters and Huntresses in order to fend off menacing creatures known as the Grimm. Remnant is made up of the 4 kingdoms, Vale, Mistral, Atlas and Vacuo, the hunter training academies, Beacon, Haven, Mantle and Shade, a continent where the Faunus originated called Menagerie, various villages in the country and the dark areas where the Grimm are said to appear from. Humans and Faunus all have a force apart of their soul they unlock known as Aura, which protects them like a shield but can discharge depending on the strength used in battle. They also use superpower-like abilities known as Semblance as well as powerful handmade weapons in all shapes and sizes. It's impossible for people to have the exact same Semblance, unless it runs in the family. The story revolves around a team of 4 huntresses in training. Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiou Long.
