Unexpected (unpublishing; going to be rewritten)

Ebony Winters, age 18, has an older sister who outshines her more than anything. Writing, popularity, and even to her parents. Singing and acting has always been her thing but still hides in her older sister's shadow. This outgoing, cheerful young girl may only have one chance to prove to her parents she can be the star too.

Bethany Parker, age 18, is an only child. She is very popular but lonely. Her parents are too busy for her and always going on business trips and work, so her only companions are her music, photography, and most of all, social media. She likes to stay away from drama and try to keep things happy, but she can be mean sometimes. But only if she shows her talents to the world, she may not live this lonely life no more.

What happens when these two fight for a record deal, only to realize if they did it together, their lives would never be the same?
