Evelyn de Vertrosé lived for thirty-two years until she somehow died by herself. The last thing she remember is being at the edge of a cliff that will lead her to the dark ocean, consequently drowning her life as her death if she falls off.

She was a talented individual who did not get any recognition for her hard work, and along with the fact that she went through a difficult life during early childhood, it caused her long-term depression that created havoc once she entered adulthood.

When Evelyn couldn't take it no more, she decided to choose the route that is leaving the game of life and planned it in advance.

As a result, she dwelled in the darkness when suddenly a kami-sama (God) similar being appeared in front of her.

She got reborn back to the day she was born as a gift from kami-sama. Now, she can freely undo her past mistakes and live a better second life.

However, she has to become a Reaper to hunt down reborn-ers that abuses their reborn abilities in exchange to expand her life-span and to find out if this is really punishment, or a blessing.
