In a stroke of villainy, the city's worst nemeses decided to convene at Him's abandoned lair - the very scene of their last, disastrous attempt to conquer the Powerpuff Girls Z. Unbeknownst to them, a hidden security system locked all exits at midnight, trapping them inside.

Panic ensued as the villains scrambled for escape. Their shouts were met by four nervous night watch guards, suddenly on high alert. The chilling sound of shattering glass from above sent shivers down everyone's spines...
