"Avada kedavra!"

The blinding green light sores towards the happy couple with a 'zooming' sound.
The screams of pain filled the room before...
'Thud' they stared at the ceiling, lifeless.

Of course, a three year old seeing the parents die is horrific but the person, glad at their actions smirked as they turned Around, aiming their wand at Y/N.
"Come come little girl."The voice beconed with a smirk as the girl backed a way.
"Avada kedavra!"The person screamed and the light filled the room, but did not effect the girl except leave a small scar down her breast bone.
The person howled, before morphing into a horrifying beast and begun to growl as they dropped their wand.
They charged at Y/N and she quickly grabbed the wand on the floor. The thing drew out it's claws and slashed at the girls face as she yelled, " Flipendo tria!" (Where a three year old learnt that spell only merlin will know.)
This caused a huge explosion, effectively injuring, not yet killing the beast and pushing Y/N down the stairs.

Y/N was on the streets for weeks, begging for food and freezing on doorsteps. One day, a ginger family passed by and took her in.
She's been living with them ever since, the couple asked her to call them 'mum and dad' and their children all took her in as a sister.
Of course, they where a little jealous of Y/N as their parents gave her more attention and spoilt her more than the others as she was the politest, prettiest, and kindest of all their children.
They where also jealous that Y/Ns parents left things in their will from their godmother and Parents friends.
