The Zero's

This story is about a world where humans have evolved in various different ways. Some can breath underwater, shape-shift, have wings, horns, can manipulate fire, can talk to animals, etc. At birth every human is now given a number, 1 through 9. These numbers show how great your mutation will be when you grow up. 3's are most common and usually contain those who can breath under water, have small telekinetic abilities, and those who's intelligence is way way above normal. 1's and 2's are the weakest of the 9. 9's are the most powerful. The 9's usually consist of the element manipulators, those with major telekinetic abilities, those who can shape-shift into different animals and shapes an those who can read minds and mess with peoples thoughts.
