17-year-old Wren Thompson has just moved to her new town of Arendell. Everything's going great- she's settled in, found a new best friend, and her brother Jay hasn't done anything that would murder her social life (yet).
But there are things that are... odd, in Arendell. For one, the grey wolves in the mountains nearby keep moving closer to the town. Wren is fairly sure that they aren't supposed to do that.
And Ari, her ever-present guide and protector in Arendell High, keeps disappearing. Not that Wren cares (she really doesn't- or at least, she shouldn't), but it's making her late to class. Really.
Seriously.
Okay, maybe not- maybe she's gotten a little attached to her blonde-haired, green-eyed, guardian, but who wouldn't? She's everything Wren's ever dreamed of.
So why is she disappearing every couple of days during school?
Wren isn't sure, but she's sure as hell going to find out.
A/N- this is really, really wip. Updates will be slow and a little disjointed, but until I say otherwise, they'll keep coming. Promise.
