Zach Charlie, FBI agent, is a simple man with a simple mind. He also is the one and only subject of project Zero Casualties. This project records his memories, and when he dies, they are put into a clone, which is faster, stronger, and tougher than a normal human. However, this is not ressurection, but copy-pasting. Meaning every death brings yet another ghost of Zach to Limbo, a lawless, hopeless afterlife. With no sign of any gods, demons, angels or other political figures one would expect in the afterlife, and no way to get back to the world of the living, all the good people have nothing left to protect. All the bad guys join the Union, a group of violent ghosts who bully all the poor lifeless folk who won't join them.
