Book 1. Jachin was just a poor boy from the Narrows who struggled to build up a promising future, his mind set on big dreams having faith in breaking out of forlornness some day. But Gotham did never worship those who attempted to break out of its system so Jay had to adapt to the formidable rules of the city for achieving his goals. Inevitably, everything became chaos when fate punished him for his stubbornness and his idealistic aspirations. All it took was one bad day. (Pre TDK)

Book 2. To be flooded by ordinariness and drown in the mediocrity of Gotham City has always been Saffron Corteccia's nightmare of a life since her childhood. When she finds herself writing articles about Gotham City Metro' s new seat foam plastic for the least sophisticated tabloid in the entire city, even though the town is brimming over with criminal affairs, she is even a bit thankful to be pulled out of her dreadful boredom by the ultimate criminal mastermind the Joker. And in the end madness is like gravity; all it takes is a little push. (TDK)

There will be notice for that, so you know what is happening, but chances are you may need to re-read the book a second time following this. Especially, since I plan on actually having a sequel to this one complete eventually. --As a side note-- Only 5 characters are my own: Sanity, Ryu, Avalon, Jeremiah, Genevieve. All other characters belong to DC, I cannot stress that enough. In addition to this I have also used actual quotes from the Original Comics for the characters that have said them, as well as used some of the same origins/storylines to give the other characters (DC's) more of an identity e.g. 'Death in the Family' storyline// Where Joker kills Jason... Or 'A Killing Joke' storyline//Barbara getting put in a wheelchair and the Joker's Origin... Finally, the Joker's 'real' name//'Batman Mask of the Phantasm'. There are other parts as well but those are the main ones and a few of the examples. (I don't know if the 'Batman Mask of the Phantasm' is the actual title to the animated movie but it is close enough, I think.) Won 2nd place in the 2015 undiscovered contest.

This is my own personal version of how our lovable Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic clown known as The Joker. This will be a dark story. I mean, it is about Joker and his story isn't a pretty one. There will be dark, mature themes in this book. It is not for the faint of heart. The stupid good guys didn't think the Clown King and Queen of Gotham had a little Clown Princess named Y/n Quinn or on the streets of Gotham with Aunt Poison Ivy: Jester. On and off again, my parents broke out of jail and returned home til I left home and my mom was sent to Belle Reve. I made a name for myself in the dark underground of Gotham at the age of eighteen making my parents proud of their psychotic little girl, all the scum and villains knew who I was then one day lead to me being caught by Batsy and his little bat family then shipped off to Arkham Asylum Prison where I'd find him! My own Harlequin! HAHAHAHA!!
