It is about an orphan named Whisper Wolf and her best friend that is like a sister to her named Lilac Eclipse They are both quirkless orphans that were adopted by the league of villains. All for one gave them both two quirks. there will be love interests for both of them. ( lilac is my sisters oc and Whisper is my oc )
