Eiji has returned to New York after 3 long years. Now a changed man, the Japanese is determined to find the man who changed his life forever and to show him just how much he himself has changed. Eiji is no longer the scared boy he was when he first met Ash Lynx, and he is determined to prove that to him.

However, upon arriving in the city that never sleeps, Eiji is surprised to meet the exact opposite of who is was trying to find. Instead of meeting the would be 21 year old, he finds a 17 year old girl named Axel Phoenix, who claims to be Ash's younger sister with a grudge to hold against the blonde.

Now a whole new wave of gangsters and crime have taken over, leaving both Eiji and Ash scrambling to figure out who is on their side
