elyse (22yrs) is the only female lifeguard at bondi beach. she's a committed and dedicated lifeguard and proves to the whole team that not only she can be a lifeguard, but all women can do it.

she's been a part of the team for one season already and is back for another one after moving from new zealand. elyse used to rent an apartment during her first season but finally bought her own apartment after living with deano for the winter season.

she's become close with a few lifeguards, and has been dating maxi (24yrs) since the end of her first season. two new trainees are joining this season and are becoming closer and closer to elyse...

will they cause trouble between her and maxi?
or does she just need to concentrate on being the best female lifeguard?

I do not own Bondi Rescue and do not claim anything as my own aside from Hadlee and the storyline. This is a FANFICTION. I do my best with facts and speech. Although I am not from Australia, I try to look up common and popular slang terms and phrases. I know that some epilepsy facts aren't entirely accurate, and I am trying my best to make them as precise as possible. Hadlee Reid, 20-year-old sister of Bondi lifeguard Harrison Reid, has recently moved from New Zealand to live with her brother after her parents had decided that her condition was too much for them to handle. Hadlee is an epileptic; she relies on medication and the occasional lucky streak to keep her from going into sudden convulsions. Harrison, one of the only members in their family who accepted Hadlee's circumstances, was beyond happy to have his sister come and live with him in Australia, but now he faces another problem. He has kept most of his home life a secret from his fellow lifeguards. Now, he must adapt to having the responsibility of his sister in his care and keep his duties at work unaffected. But when the lifeguards find out about Hadlee and her condition in an unplanned manner, how will they take it? And how will Harrison take it when Hadlee and one of his fellow lifeguards take a liking to each other? First book in the Epi(lepti)c Series.
