During the fight of popularity with her rival, she get's entangled in some volunteer work at school that involves saving lives. 
Lilian was never interested in saving lives but she had to do it because she's going to prove to her rival, that She can do what she can't. 

With just one call to the save_line assigned to her, she realized she was never interested in saving suicidal teenagers.
