There is one rule on Roya Vossar during the worst of the dry season: do not go or stay above ground. But a water merchant like Zha-ba'zhorae has no choice but to travel into the inhospitable deserts to the south, where he faces extremes of temperature, horrific sandstorms, and worst of all -- dune pirates.
