[ON HIATUS] The Wesker Project was created by Oswell E. Spencer so he could begin the means to create a superior human race. He despised the human race and just knew they wouls destroy the world eventually. He did not want to die. Simple as that. This superior race, including himself, would be immortal an would outlive the rest of the human race after the world's inevitable end. So, using Umbrella's technological advancements and it's secret lab to create viruses and B.O.W.s, he began his research on a new virus called the Progenitor Virus. Once that was created, he kidnapped hundreds, if not thousands, of children with the perfect genes and intellectual characteristics. These children were each named with the surname "Wesker" and they were all brainwashed or convinced that they were to be the perfect race and that Spencer was the greatest man who ever lived. Knowingly or unknowingly they were all injected with the virus and only thirteen of those children survived afterwards.
