I couldn't live a life of lies that people spewed about me. I was going to spin my own lies to live in them. --- Nothing however, had prepared me for what I saw, when I turned around to face Jake again. I gasped and did a double take. I was still staring at the far end of the club, in mortification. No. It couldn't be him. Yet, I knew. I knew it was him. --- Paige Reed had created a decent enough life for herself. For about two years, it had been going smooth. But two days till Senior Year, and she thinks she saw someone from her old town. Someone from her past. Someone she thought she'd never see again. She just couldn't let him know she was here. She couldn't let him break the facades she created.
