Burnt Skies (Doctor Who)

Ivory Clark doesn't know who she is. She knows that her home, along with her family, supposedly burned down when she was fourteen. She knows that she's considered a genius, with her excellent grades and knowledge that comes from nowhere. She knows that her puzzling purple eye is unnatural. She knows not to trust crazy aliens who show up in a disappearing phone booth. Well, she should. And suddenly she's going to learn a lot more about herself.

The Blaze doesn't know what she is. She knows that she grew up on Gallifrey, and she watched it burn. She knows that she's considered insane, reckless, ruthless, and the perfect recipe for a dead civilization. She knows that she must let the Doctor think that the Time Lords are all dead. She knows not to drag innocent teenagers into her life, even if they're intriguing. Well, she should. And suddenly her life isn't as lonely as before.
