Sub-Mariner (What if I made a MCU Film?)

Namor McKenzie/Sub-Mariner is owned by Marvel Comics.
The film rights are in dispute between Marvel Studios/Disney and Universal Pictures.

I watch Aquaman (2018), I like it but then I looked a the Sub-Mariner and I was like I want to get him in the MCU.

Namor McKenzie/Sub-Mariner is not just Marvel's Arthur Curry/Aquaman. He is Marvel's first character before Stan Lee (RIP) in April 1939 (I thought the android Human Touch was the first but he first show up in Octo. 1939). He has been dubbed the "First Mutant" by Marvel because has been retconed later as a mutant. He came two years before Aquaman (Aquaman in 1941). If it wasn't for the film rights being a mess, he had a film about him already because he is the FIRST. Namor is not a Superhero but an Anti-Hero (meaning he is a Hero with Villainous part about him and he has been a full-on villain for Black Panther, Fantastic Four and the Avengers).

I will make a own version of a MCU Sub-Mariner. I will NOT make him a Mutant because of Fox restrictions and I will NOT include the tiny wings in his ankles (In hindsight it was a mistake because without the the ankle wings, his is just Aquaman but more villainous). It will be set in between "Captain America: Civil War" (2016) and "Avengers: Infinity War" (2018). I'll follow the Hero's Journey and 'Aquaman' (2018) which that film already follows the Hero's Journey perfectly.

Plot: The Sub-Mariner is living with his father and has been protecting the surface world from Atlantis since he was a teenager until Marrina, a female Atlantean shows up to get him to stop his brother, Leon (Black Moray) in invading the surface world.
