Waka Tifi was occupied by the British for one hundred and fifty years as a protectorate. During WWII the British turned the island over to the United States. Teuila Arihi is the island Chieftess who runs the independent government of the United States protectorate.

Natural barriers have protected Waka from thermonuclear testing fallout. Now people on Waka are getting sick. Is it radiation sickness? Could it be cyanide or some other poison? Or is it some virus from outside the island?

The newly formed CIA fears a different sickness is running it's course on Waka. Communism. Teuila has imposed high taxes, refuses applications of Christian missionaries to establish themselves on the island while supporting a local island cult. Teuila has invested those high taxes into socialized healthcare, and government distribution of food, clothing, and housing.

Waka Radio and Waka Press are both run by Americans and allowed free speech. Small businesses such as the Victory Cafe, independent fishing and farming, are all encouraged. Large corporations outside the island are used for services, but aren't welcome on the island.

The CIA sends an 'observer' to the island. Who is actually there to destabilize the economy and displace Teuila. Teuila proves to be smarter than the CIA expected. With help from a outsider of the island from the United States and a Americans already on the island the 'observer' is disposed of as well as the criminal organization he used to try and destroy the island's government and it's natives.

This carnival promises a night of fun for everyone. There are games, promising rewards, and food that no one has ever seen or tasted before. But what if this carnival isn't what it seems to be? And who are these people that have come into her town? Can Sam figure it out before it's too late, or will she get stuck playing a game she never wanted to play? (Currently completed as of October 2023, and finished editing as of March 2024) *****Excerpt***** Excerpt: Instead of seeing myself standing in front of me, there is somebody else and it's not my brother or anyone I know. A boy no older than me is just standing there, he is wearing a gray shirt with a hole in the shoulder and it has a handful of stains and dirt spots on it. I immediately know he is not from Treegrass. Not only have I never seen him before in my life but everyone in our town always wears nice clean and washed clothes, therefore nobody should be looking like him. The boy has a small cut on his cheek and is thin, a lot thinner than he should be. I look away from him and around at my surroundings, there is no one else here. I regain my composure and look at him again. That's when he says something that makes my blood run cold. "Run."

(Book Two of Experiment Number 7218. Do not read this summary or book if you have not read Book One) I listen closely through the static on the radio, trying to hear the emergency broadcasting message. An electronic voice repeated over and over, "This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department. It is advised to stay indoors and to remain inside if at all possible. Have enough food for one to two weeks. Do not come in contact with anyone outside of your household. This message is transmitted to you through the North Carolina Police Department." I scoff to myself. I know this will not be over in a mere two weeks. - - - - - Terminar; The Latin word for Terminate. Definition: To bring to an end. Brittany Slater was free. She had finally escaped the island that she now calls Hell. But there were so many loose ends. Why had her father destroyed all of his research? His factory? His life's work? Why had he given her a chance to live? Well, she got her answer. Upon arriving to North Carolina, she was thrown right back into Hell on Earth. Grounders, Savages, what were once innocent people, they now all roam free. Her father told her the Experiment was over, and he was right. It was time for the Project to begin. To take effect. And no one could stop him. He'd turned the world into a pyramid, and he put himself and his own government on top. He'd activated Project Terminar.
