Penelope Hills  is your average teenage girl. She is smart, pretty and of course funny. Her life is pretty basic, she's decently popular but when her neighbour's mom mysteriously dies she realizes somethings up. Banff is usually pretty good around the area she lives in. Since her neighbour's  dad is in prison for 4 more months he has to be taken in. While trying to solve the mystery, keep her relationship up with her best friends and stop herself from falling in love what will happen. Will she make it out alive with her friends, lover and life?

(Just a side note but for all those who don't like murder that much and prefer drama or romance this is perfect. For all those who love murder books this one is good for you. "You get the best of both Worlds!!!")
