Kalen Terrence was used to being mistreated. He was sold actually sold by his parents. For fourteen years(he was currently eighteen) he'd been abused by his masters. Today, he was going to be sold.
You see, Kalen was a Neko, a rare type of hybrid. A rare Neko at that. He was human, but with animal ears and a long, furry tail. So, you see, he was far from normal.
