26-year-old Yanek Nowak is a history teacher at Pure Hearts Academy, a boarding school that is aimed towards children who identify as LGBTQ and is dedicated to "fixing" these children. The ironic part of it all is that most of the students are children of religious parents that want to keep their children "pure".
Yanek, as well as a few other teachers, have become magnets for the small handful of students who truly identify as LGBT, and have created the Broken Hearts Club, a club for these students that is designed to be a safe haven.
However, when the headmaster orders club to disband and fires the leaders, the only people who truly accepted them, the student members refuse to go down without a fight.
