Bella can't remember much about either of her parents, though she refuses to let herself be taken in, by Frollo's lies. While Bella is one of the most beautiful young girls in Paris, Quasimodo is ugly and deformed, but Frollo keeps them both locked up for their safety. Unknown to Frollo, Bella has been sneaking out of the cathedral, ever since she was a young child, making friends with the gypsies, Frollo so despises. When a new Captain of the guard arrives on the scene, Bella finds herself in love for the first time, her brother has also found love in the gypsy girl, Esmeralda. When Frollo finds out he calls for Captain Phoebus and Esmeralda to be executed. Bella will do all she can, to save the man she loves, but as she spends more time with the gypsies, she begins to remember more about her past, and Frollo will do anything in his power, to make sure that she never finds out what really happened to her mother...Completa

I was motivated to write this piece because the staggeringly small number of Melizabeth M-rated ficlets is a travesty. Of course, the only way to solve that is to write something of my own to add to the pot, so here we are! There will be a part 2 to this piece, but I'm determining whether to go straight to the lemons or draw this out into a short multi-chapter story. I've got a few ideas, but I'm not sure if it's worth the effort multi-chapter fics take.
