Don Lichterman started volunteering for the Grammy Organization / Recording Industry Association of America in the year 2017 and has been an active member ever since. He has played a major role in doing the advocacy representative work in order to implement the Allocation for Music Producers (AMP) act - an act that adds producers and engineers on certain copyrights and also, establishes the certainty of their royalty payments.
