In the year of 5420, the remainder of humanity has broken into 6 different nations, each titled after their field of expertise. The Dark Nation has naturally taken towards the hunger for control, power, and hurt, fighting dirty and killing thousands in their path. The fate of the world has been left to a hard-headed and perverted former Fire Nation mercenary, an abandoned Water Nation prince, and a strong-willed Fire Nation general. In all honesty, they don't stand much of a chance with such a rag-tag crew, but in the world of Heikoto, if magic that has always been inside of human-kind is achievable, then it might just be worth a shot. Let's end this cold blooded war!

They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. At 2 years old she was dumped on an orphanage's doorstep. Her parents didnt want her any more. She was just too much trouble. The orphanage seemed to think so too and after only a month of Lib being at the orphanage, she was finally handed over to the Agency as a new recruit. She was sweet, trusting and shy. It was a little harsh to just leave her on the doorstep when her parents didn't want her. Was it? Lib isn't all she seems...

As they get to know each other and heal, they start to realize there's something meaningful in living itself. The fire elves are a very old species, dating back to the time of The Great War, centuries ago. Elves are distant descendants of the Goddess of Elements, The First Elf. She had four aspects, corresponding to each of the four elements. She gave her elemental powers to her kin, elves and humans and many other monsters. They were Demi-immortal, only to be killed by deliberate intent. They have familiars, linked to their very souls, which they bond with using an ancient ceremony. Elementals, the children of elves after centuries of descent. Humans are the most common species, and are generally magicless. Humans with magic are called mages . Elves are very rare, as all elves went into hiding after the Great War between the gods centuries ago. Occasionally and elf would leave home and into the world, but no fire elf has ever left their home and had children living on the mainland so there are no fire elementals. Fire elves have a bond with the dragons who's volcanoes and islands they shared, a bond that would last generations. In the current day, there is one tribe remaining: the Ryoko Tribe. The name meant "woman who is like the dragon," a fitting name for a tribe led by a head woman. This woman was lady Hyria Tatsu, the eldest of the tribe. Her apprentice goes by the name of Mina Ryoto. Star and Moon, two dragonets, would only bond with Mina. None of the other children were able to bond with the two dragonets. This was one of the reasons Hyria had chosen Mina. Only those of great legends could bond with two beasts. It would be a hard road for her, but being this special could turn out for the best. The world might depend on her one day.
