What Comes Before May

May, June, and Max are back again with another problem, April. She's new to the area, and Max is determined that she doesn't fall into the same trap that Max herself had. Only she's too late. April soon becomes friends with Max, May, and June, as well as Veronica, the tension between Veronica and Max so thick it could be sliced and served on a platter.
