This is a story of four orphaned brothers with extraordinary abilities. Pressured by a world in ruins, they must use their powers to save the world, and themselves. This novel does not give much of a back story. The characters personalities, abilities, and morals are a mystery to the reader. As you read along you will learn more and more about the brothers and the differentiating ideals between them.

Long ago, 4 gods ruled over humanity since their beginning, but after growing bored, they decided to play a game with humanity. Dividing their power into 52 cards that give humans a part of their power, the gods then disappeared leaving behind a prophecy that said one card wielder would rule over them. The rest of humanity then began hunting down the 52 card users with extreme violence, but since a card would randomly pass to another person in the world, they began imprisoning them. Years past, now in modern-day, a boy hurt and scared because of the hunt for the card wielders, blames the gods and so the Devil bestowed upon him their card. The gods assumed their duties to rule mortals, while the Primordials presided over the gods. The gods reigned with an iron fist, destroying and seizing as much as their hearts desired since they wielded unstoppable power. This will continue until they reach the center of a furious storm. A storm powerful enough to destroy the gods who represented the peak of perfection-a creature born of fury and rage-was finally formed to put the unjust gods in their proper places. With no possibility of success, the only thing that motivated him was Vengeance!
