Charlotte Barton, the younger sister of Clint was Kidnapped at birth, her parents being told that she died. When she was being taken to the place the guy who Kidnapped her worked at, she was lost along the way and found by Darlene Wilson.

Raised alongside Sam, the two became close siblings. When Sam was locked away after the events of Cival war, Charlotte had trouble getting by as everyone she sent job applications to rejected her as they knew she was in some way related to a "Dangerous Criminal"

An organisation approached Charlotte, offering her a job in taking out people for a high amount of money.

When Team Cap returns and the Avengers are back together, a job to kill the Avengers is sent to her.
