During the summer I lived with my boyfriend, and have done several times before. Suddenly had to travel away because off his sport. I then stayed with his father and brother. And a sudden romance happend.

Surviving a rough life with an abusive boyfriend and almost continuous fighting at home is hard. I keep everything to myself and to top it off I have so much stress. Wanting to find an escape root to my horrible life I'll do anything to be free...even if its suicide. Coming into my Senior year a new student arrives and he catches all the girls eyes, even mine. I don't believe in love but seeing the mysterious stranger brings me happiness. One day I bump into him and I feel shocks going through my body. Ever since then I've been avoiding him knowing what that meant. He wasn't human.

My name Kelila. I know it's weird for a 17yr old girl to have that name but oh well. Well I'm a Werewolf. Yeah go run away screaming whatever, I'm used to it. But this is a story of how I learned my mate was the Alpha and a battle that would determine the fate of an entire county of werewolves. A battle to determine who was going to be top dog. A battle of all the packs against the rogues. Who were stronger then what they once were.

I felt a hot breath on one side of my neck, pass over my face, and go to the other side of my neck as I slowly came into consciousness. Taking my time opening my eyes, I looked directly in dark brown ones. I knew instantly who it was. Well, not exactly but I had a sense of who he was. He was my mate. "Mine." He roared.
