"Ryder, man, we can't just kill her. Just le-"

"What? Let her go? She knows too much. She's seen too much," The guy who was obviously the leader said, still holding the gun in his hand.

"Stones' right she knows too much," the guy from the shadows said.

"Ryder listen to Thomas, we can't kill her," Another man said.

"Fine!" Ryder said through clenched teeth, "Get her up and take her to the house."

The other two guys walked over and lifted me up, then pushed me forward to walk. My walking came to a halt as Ryder turned around with the gun pointed to my face.

"Don't make me regret not killing you," he whispered.

"You like this, don't you?" Sam grins, running his tongue over his lip ring. "You're turned on by it." "Please," I wave my hand in dismissal. "You are," he accuses, his voice light. He does it again. I can't look away. "Stop." "Why should I? Little Miss 'I hate everyone at Ryder' really does find me irresistible. Who am I to deny her?" Sam's voice has something of an edge to it and my eyes snap to his. "'Little miss 'I hate everyone at Ryder', huh?" I ignore the second part of his jab. "That's right." I lean against my wardrobe, crossing my arms over my chest. "There's only a few people at Ryder I really can't stand, and you're at the top of my list." Sam's eyes narrow on me. "Is that so?" He turns from the mirror and takes a step in my direction. I refuse to back down, tilting my chin up to keep his gaze as he crowds into my space. His eyes hold mine until he's close enough that I can feel the warmth of his breath over my cheeks and his focus shifts to my mouth. He runs his tongue over the lip ring again, and I feel my own lips part slightly as he does it, my breath coming a little faster. My stomach is pulsing with a mix of nervousness and something I'm not totally ready to admit to myself. ---- Logan Grey's a 16 year-old girl with a penchant for Bob Dylan and running long distances. When her father dies suddenly, she and her best friend come up with a scheme to keep her from moving to her grandparents' Ohio estate: two years of boarding at her Connecticut hometown's highly renowned prep school. But a fluke lands Logan in a room with Ryder Academy's hottest, baddest boy and it's pretty obvious they're not going to get along. At least until Sam Evans and his sexy-as-hell lip ring saunter into her life, upending everything she thought she knew. [This story contains strong language and sexual content. You've been warned!]

"Hayden... Hayden.. I'm I'm sor" she trembles. He silenced her with a finger on her lips, shaking his head slightly. "No more apologies. You know the consequences of trying to leave me, sweetheart" "Hayden I'm really sorry" he sighed as he heard her apology, his hand coming up to caress her cheek. "I know you are," he murmured, his voice holding a hint of tenderness "But that doesn't change anything. You disobeyed me, and you know what happens when you do that" he saw the tears forming in her eyes, and his stern exterior softened slightly. "Don't cry," his voice holding a note of gentleness "You brought this on yourself. You knew what would happen if you tried to escape" "Hayden please I'm really sorry" she pleads. But he chuckled softly at her pleading, his eyes never leaving her face. "Sweetheart, apologising doesn't change anything. You knew the rules, you knew the consequences, and you still tried to escape" She started sobbing. But he ignored her sobbing plea, his hand moving from her cheek to the back of her neck, holding her firmly in place. He tightened his grip on her neck. "Don't even think about trying to run," he warned, his voice low and dangerous. "Hayden no... Please" tears are railing down her cheek as she protest. "Don't fight me," he said gruffly, his voice betraying a hint of tenderness "The more you resist, the worse it will be for you" "Hayden please leave me.. please" "I said don't fight me," he repeated, his tone hardening "I'm taking you with me, whether you like it or not. You're mine, sweetheart, and I'm not letting you go" She started to push him but he effortlessly picked her up and tossed her over his shoulder, his hand holding her in place as he began to walk inside the mansion. the story is waiting for you.. hop into it love..

"What the hell?! Kennedy!" I watch as Ryder turns around furiously and strides towards me. Oh oh. Maybe I took it too far... "What's wrong with you?! Did you really have to cover my car in pink sticky notes?!" He steps towards me and I take a step back. He steps forward again and I step back until I'm up against the wall. "Well if you would have left me alone when I told you to, I wouldn't have had to do it," I fire back. He chuckles. "You don't know what you just got yourself into." "What do you mea--" I get cut off by his lips on mine. I freeze. What was happening? And why did it feel so good? Ryder grabs my waist and pulls me closer to him. He smirks at me and then turns around to leave. What just happened? ____________________ Kennedy is not like most girls. One harmless prank of pouring some pudding over his head starts a whole other war. They prank each other and start to realise that they might have feelings for the other person and the other person might have feelings for them.
