Welcome to Tangled Thoughts
A place where I lay it all out in the open like a proud amateur artist displays their artwork with all its imperfections.
All of these crazy, broken, tangled thoughts that rattle around in my head and sometimes leave me feeling insane.
A place where my poetry can paint pictures of wildflowers and broken dreams, like sugar and salt mixed in an old ceramic bowl.
A place where stories of my life float aimlessly like a fragile jellyfish in an ocean full of dangers.
Where I can let it all out and maybe find that small piece of peace within myself.
Maybe I'll inspire someone or let them know they aren't alone.
I'm not sure what this book really is, I just know it's beginning of something.

None of us are the same. Every mind different, Every body different, Every soul different. but funny isn't it, that yet here we are, Agreeing. Feeling. Knowing. Understanding. Just what those lines mean, written by a single person. because we've all been through it, haven't we? -------------------------------------------------------------- A/N:: I wrote this book when I was a teen going through a series of bad changes, loneliness, depression and anxiety...it was a very cynical time for me really. A misfit trying to find where she fits in this world, realising her value and worth and learning the concept of self love and more. Sooo...it's cringy but it gets better. Not really. Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough. Poems focusing on a day in the shoes of a person with a mental illness and how some even ordinary simple tasks may seem not so simple to them. COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. Anyways enjoy, I try not to be too pretentious but I don't really care because again this is a vent piece of work.Complete
