A work inspired from The Canterbury Tales, this is a poetic story about a time in old England where class and appearance are truly the most important things. Where the current stereotype of men will come into their true colors and we learn that in reality there is no such thing as perfect.

A young man of low class and little beauty falls in love with May, the daughter of his master. So far he has done well to hide his true self from her, but a rival wanting the lady's hand in marriage wants to ruin Abel's plans at a happy ending. With love on the line and his desperation to hide his ugliness, Abel relies on a mask to hide himself.
