Diane LaRusso spent her entire life having her decisions made for her. From Karate to college, Her brother Daniel and her Mom were always trying to shape her life in a way that they wanted it. And for a while, she let them...until now.
Years after Daniel's big karate championship, Diane reconnects with Daniels old high school bully Johnny Lawrence. Using her business background, she decides to help Johnny re-open Cobra Kai, as a way to finally make her own decisions about her own life.
If Daniel won't let her live her life her way, she's just going to have to strike first.
