Kira, a chemist, is called in by the army and asked to build a dangerous weapon to secretly kill people with the disease that spread through a chemical malfunction at a near by University. Things start to go wrong when she decides to accept the assignment and attempts to kill the disease herself after she finds out what the army planned on doing with the people after they rid of the disease.
