Welcome to the future! Phineas, Ferb, Candace, and their spouses are all grown up and raising their own families, but not without each other's help. Turns out parenting is much more difficult than they'd ever imagined. 

Phineas and Isabella are already going through their 4th pregnancy at 30 and surprisingly struggle with preparing for a new child. Things only get more complicated when Ferb, Vanessa, and their daughters come to stay with them for the summer in hopes to help them out. Meanwhile, Candace and Jeremy struggle with their eldest daughter going through puberty while their sons reach a more hostile, aggressive age.
