Evelyn is transported through time to what she is sure is certain doom. When she encounters civilization, some unexpected events unfold, and Evelyn has to make a life or death choice.

But life doesn't accept this, the heart breaks among their relations leads to tge destruction of their friendship. The biennial part of Evelyn's memory shows the importance of friendship and relations in girlhood.
