Ben 10 the original

So I've been doing a lot of research cause im doing a D&D campaign with my friends and we have a rule set where we can only use stuff in its original forms. I wanted the omnitrix and since we where aloud to choose which of the early stages we wanted I choose stage three cause Ben 10 has four stages, the final one is the Ben 10 that we know.
