Thea Walton, a twenty-six-year-old woman from Texas, working for an Event Management company in New Jersey seems like just another woman trying to adapt to fleet-footed New Jerseyans with a few of her friends.

But is she?

After the death of her parents in the summer of '01 the ground beneath her feet shifts. The only truth she had ever believed in turns out to be a highly layered lie she cannot seem to dig herself out of.
A strange form of power she is yet to understand grows within her, attracting unholy entities myths are made out of. She hears voices in languages she can subconsciously translate and sees what nobody else does - The fallen and the lost, and amidst all the chaos, a mysterious man she knows nothing about but feels everything around comes gatecrashing into her life to prove that all the legends are true and that she, might just stand at the center of it all.
