*Excerpt. Full Story Available only on Inkitt.* Camry Saldana, a 27-year-old housewife, is trying to move on with her life after her husband, Carlos Saldana, leaves her without notice. Camry is left to pick up the pieces of a life she never planned. She decides to pursue her dreams of fashion design and owning her own boutique in an attempt to distract herself from the man that she loves but hates the most. When her dreams seem impossible to accomplish, Terry Gates, an aerospace mogul, gives her a helping hand out of the kindness of his heart. They develop a great business partnership and friendship which is often confused as something more by their friends and family, perhaps themselves too. Camry is adjusting well to her new life, friendships, and success until her estranged husband decides to come back, hoping he can salvage what's left of their marriage. She isn't sure of his motives and finds it difficult to let go of all the pain he caused her. As Camry tries to do the right thing, she learns a hard lesson about resentment, forgiveness, and love.
