I wanted to write down exactly how I felt but somehow the paper stayed empty and I could not have described it any better.

it was dark and cold. i felt all alone like the whole world was collapsing in on me while everyone else quickly escaped and found their happiness. i thought i was the only one that felt empty and out of words to say. no more emotions. no more joy or happiness. no more "riley and maya". no more maya. (started: Jan. 9, 2018/finished: Jul. 18, 2019)

Maya never knew she could love somebody. But how does she feel now?

I'm not the best writer, but I like to write an awful lot. Just a couple of poems that I wrote, nothing special.

Sometimes I just need a way to express how I feel when I can't put it into words, I'm sure we all feel that way whether you're a teen or young adult. Mental health deserves to be heard, you deserve to be heard.
