Rumors of a secret mafia of sorts have always flooded the city. Especially after a 12 year old girl goes missing for a month, only to be found half dead muttering about rabbits, small doors, and snacks that say Eat Me and Drink Me.

After the Alice in Wonderland crime, yet another little girl is stolen from her walk home from school, only to be returned in a thin red cloak and the words, "The Wolf" scratched onto her arm, laughing about how a wolf had tried to eat her on her way to her grandmother's house.

After the Red Riding Hood crime, a mysterious figure is seen walking the streets and taking notes of specific houses. The police are alert and watchful, but a sudden flute song lulls them to sleep one night, and the next morning all the girls are gone. All that was left of the girls was a crest of a red heart and a cat smiling on their pillows.
