WORLD PEACE IS FAILING SOCIETY! Eight years have gone by for Tom, Edd, and Matt after The End. The Red Army is near its goal of taking over the whole world. When Tom and Matt end up in Tord's hands, they're 'fixed' from their brutal wounds and put in an impossible situation to break free from the invisible shackles that hold them. On the other hand, Edd is now at large, trying to plan to kill the Red Leader because Edd thinks that Tom and Matt are missing or have become Prisoners of War.
