His life is horribly interrupted when a sun wolf sets paw on the scene, a being born of mother moon and father sun. This breathtaking creature completely messes up Del's bouts of self-doubt and take-over attitude. 

It's a wonder they found each other, the fates getting a kick outta putting them together as mates. Even as things go south mother moon won't see her baby mateless. By forcing them together in dreams Del can only pray for a miracle to release him or least he fall for his celestial mate.
