the day of the rising moons was going to be disastrous. nessna and her tribe were setting down there offerings at the base of the nightshade tree. the three moons started rising but something want right they were green. They're usually a pale shade of blue. the lower ranks were panicking. nessna had to come up with a plan and fast. "we go to the tree tops" she yelled and they obeyed.

Natsu looked up at me and stared at my face for a few seconds . "Luce I don't want you in my team anymore " he said that with pain written across his face. I stopped playing with the straw. I felt my world collapse and my lungs stop working... "Why?" I asked tears starting to form. "You always get hurt on missions and I'm sorry but you aren't strong enough Luce... I just don't want to see you get hurt anymore " he trailed off. I grabbed his hand and held it tightly in my hands. It was the start of a war, a war against Elves as men came to reign. The human King Jonathan was not fond of elves, he felt they were not loyal to him which meant they would have to perish. He sent his armies of men and beast to hunt them down to slaughter them. They started with the wood elves then moved to the mountain elves which led to the snow elves, who were counted as the most beautiful people because of their fair skin and snow white silk like hair, all of them had brown eyes except for their most recent born Princess Lillian, her eyes were crystal blue. She was only three years old when her kingdom was attacked, her guardian Clyde who was a lion / man beast got her out of the castle because his one priority was the Princess's safety. He did get her away from the castle but he was attacked by bandits and as he fought with the bandits a woman who was gathering herbs and berries spotted Lillian, the woman saw the beast and bandits fighting and felt that the little girl was in trouble so she grabbed Lillian and ran back to her village. By this time Lillian was the last Snow elf. Lillian was raised by the woman who had took her (Kira) and her husband (Dawn). They were a sweet and simple couple, they were unable to have children of their own so they felt Lillian was their miracle child. They were humans who lived in a human village who provided food for the King Jonathan. Lillian grew up in this village, Kira and Dawn kept her being an elf secret from the other people in the village. (The Cover Photo is Lillian when she is full grown)

The sun has exploded, but the world wasn't destroyed because the Natural Spirits created a barrier to protect the earth. Now, there are Elementals and Natural Spirits, who live in hiding, while there are also maniacs and normal people, who live as if the sun never exploded. This is a story about an Elemental, named Alexa, who lives in a tree. Alexa goes on a journey and ends up getting her first kiss while she's at it, but of course, her first kiss is with a maniac.How does she get back at the maniac for kissing her? Who does she meet along the way? Does anyone die halfway through the book? All good questions, unfortunately I'm not going to answer them. I guess you'll have to read the book to find out.

This story really starts in the middle. Ari, who often goes by A, is propped up against a tree in the middle of a forest with a dagger in her stomach. She's lost a lot of blood already, and she keeps losing more. Helios is kneeling next to her, and they're both trying to figure out what to do. I'll start at the beginning, though. Ari is a wanderer, traveller, adventurer, and lots of other things. She doesn't have a home, until one day she does. She's chased into the Akiire territory by the Akiire's enemies; the Tesera. Luckily for her, the chief of the Akiire tribe takes her in. Akiire medicine men and women fuss over her until they're sure she's safe. Then the Akiire initate her as a member of their tribe. She gladly accepts. She's started to like it there, after all. Then Helios starts talking to her. He's nothing special in the tribe. He's a good warrior, but all the warriors are good. The bad ones have already died. Nonetheless, by the time we get to the forest with the dagger and all that, A has only spoken to Helios a few times. Now he's her only way to stay alive.
