Loriale Davis is a little. She was a full time little at home and used it to take her mind and stress that comes with her job. Being a biochemist during the day and an assassin at night isn't the easiest jobs when both of your jobs contradict each other. Her childhood was horrible, and it created something in her that she learned to live besides, but she hid it well. She wanted a daddy to help her take the pain away, someone to love her and care for her like nothing ever happened. Elijah Taylor is a mafia king. He was fucked up in the head and people knew it, but they never thought he'd be obsessed. He wanted her and he'd make sure that she knew he loved her. He met her once before and has been there ever since. He'd never let her go. She needed to know how much he loved her and how dedicated he was to her. He was willing to be her daddy and love that other side of her. He was willing to treat her like a delicate flower but also as roughly as he needed. One day Lori gets a call that could be deadly for the both of them. Can they make it work or will both of their problems make their lives collapse?

"My name's Elijah, by the way. It's nice to meet you, window-girl." She liked that name: Elijah. "I doubt you're even listening, but, look, I'm not here to cause problems, you know? I'm just here to chat. It can get lonely when we segregate ourselves into our own little world. I mean, maybe you like it in there," he continued, as she stared at the door separating them, "but, in case you don't, I'd like to offer my company." Instead of panicking, Liza could only focus on four words he'd said. 'Our own little world.' How had he known? She was in her own little world, consisting of her, her dog, the condo, and now, maybe . . .? Her voice was barely a croak when she spoke to him for the first time. "I'm listening." ***  A horribly tragedy left Liza Garner tucked inside her condo, the only safe place she knew, terrified of the outside world and the people within it. Especially men. A change in living brought Elijah Harris into a nice new neighborhood, and he'd never been afraid of knocking on others' doors and introducing himself. Especially if a pretty woman was on the other side. This is a story about mental health, the amazing impact certain individuals can have on one's personal journey, and how making progress-no matter how seemingly insignificant-is always impressive. *** PLEASE NOTE: Rated mature for language, topics, and detailed descriptions of gore.
