When I was younger my parents made me take therapy for my anger issues. I hated therapy but did learn a lot from it and now I'm not so angry all the time. One of the things my therapist told me to do was write letters to myself about whatever on my mind and tell myself to stay calm. (Sounds like DEH to me) I decided to start doing that again because I'm been really depressed and have Bipolar disorder and still some bad anger issues. Soooooooiii then here we go!
