Jay knows what she wants in life and goes for it, but she doesn't care much about anything else. Until one day she stumbles upon what she thinks is the only good looking guy in her neighborhood. He doesn't seem interested in her at first until they get to know each other a lot more. They have tons in common...but maybe a little too much. After a while of teasing one another and hesitant on whether it is the right time to date or not. They do it anyway because they know they are madly in love with each other. After getting to meet the families and  so on, their moms seem frustrated and upset at the fact they are dating. They feel as if they know everyone on each of the family trees.
