There was never a more cruel act than when the gods gifted man the illusion of free will. Each of us share the same affliction while navigating though our saga. We believe in our dominion over each and every element of our future, past, and present. Our fates have been crafted and made unalterable. Man has not presented himself as responsible enough to decide the course of his pilgrimage. Until that fateful day when man obtains control over the winds of change, we shall continue to dream.

Ivar the boneless, crippled son of Ragnar Lothbrok, chose to challenge the dominion of the gods. With the ambitions of obtaining the fame and praise all men hope to live for, he attempts to depart to the lands of Northern Africa. At the cruel twist of fate he arrives in Western Africa instead. During his time there he becomes infatuated with y/n, the woman the gods have appeared to align on his path.

What will happen when worlds collide? Who will exchange their humanity for the opportunity to taste the true nectar of freedom's fruit? Who will usher in the dawn of a new age? Who will become the devil's advocate?
