A lot can happen during a lifetime. Camila knew that.
Camila is a 18 year old girl who's life was hell. She is abuse most of her life by her mother. But when two events happens on two different nights, everything changes. At first for the worst, the far worst, but then for the better. What she didn't plan for, was the changes that it would bring for everyone around her as well.
With secrets that she doesn't know how long she can keep, specially when she meets Shawn, she slowly starts to open up. She now has someone to trust. When he learns her secret, he is bound to always be there for her no matter what, even when he has a secret of his own.
Through that time she learns that there is more to life than what she has lived and at the end of it all, she learned one important lesson that changed her life.
